Go Big was founded by a former All-Ivy player at Princeton University and 7-year NFL veteran, and a serial entrepreneur with online video expertise.

Ross retired from the NFL in 2008 after a 7-year career that included stops in Washington, Dallas, Buffalo, New England and Cleveland. He started 24 games and played in 45 along the offensive line during his NFL career and was named to the USA TODAY "All-Joe" team in 2003.
Prior to the NFL, Ross attended Princeton University where he was a two-time Academic All-American as well as an All-Ivy selection for the Tigers.
In addition to founding GoBigRecruiting.com in 2007, Ross is both a motivational speaker and media personality. He's the lead NFL columnist for The Sporting News, host for SiriusXM NFL Radio and "The Ross Tucker Football Podcast", and an analyst for NBC Sports Network, Sports USA Radio, and the YES Network.
Jasen played collegiate football at Kutztown University where he was three-year starter and a first-team All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference selection in 2002. While at Kutztown, Jasen earned a Business degree in Finance.
He signed with the New England Patriots in May of 2003 as an undrafted rookie free agent. After being released by the Patriots, he was allocated by the Buffalo Bills to play for the Frankfurt Galaxy in NFL Europe. He then went on the play two seasons with the Buffalo Bills in 2004 and 2005.
After his playing days were over, he started coaching at the high school level. He has been a full time high school assistant for 5 years and counting. Jasen joined The Go Big Recruiting Team in March of 2008.
TJ Gaynor was a 2-time member of the All Pac-10 team while starring for the Stanford Cardinal in the early 90s. During his time on the Farm he played for a long list of great coaches including Hall of Famer Bill Walsh.
After tryouts with the 49ers and Lions he entered private business and has also spent time as a HS Coach and Analyst for Scout.com. He currently serves as Go Big Recruiting’s Senior Recruiting Analyst.
As the current Head Coach of Twin Valley High School Football Program, Steve's high energy and passion for the game is what generates his intense desire for his players to succeed.
Steve started his coaching career at Daniel Boone HS as an assistant from 2003-2008. His successful professional career started when he became a defensive assistant with the Reading Express Professional Indoor Football Team of the AIFA in 2006. Steve was promoted to Defensive Coordinator the next year, helping them reach the league championship game.
In 2009 he joined the Baltimore Mariners, also of the AIFA, as their D-Coordinator. In 2010 the Mariners went 16-0, winning a National Championship. In 2011 Steve was asked to join the staff at the Valley Forge Military College in Wayne, PA as a LB Coach. As an active part of Go Big Recruiting, meeting new players and coaches is an enjoyable experience that he looks forward to every day!
